Challenge

To help promote awareness of their capsule hotels, CVS approached us with a promotional challenge: get the word out!

Idea

To make a strong impact on the cultural and social image of Japan online, the release schedule for all collaborating YouTube creators would be synced up, therefore resulting in a string of interested and engaged audience members. We were very lucky enough to work with CVS, as their facilities are very safe with high-security, gender-specific rooms, and comfortable sleeping spaces, making it easier for us to change the possible negative prepositions of Capsule Hotels.

Result

Working with Abroad in Japan, Kim Dao, Tokidoki Traveller, and MaoMao TV, capsule hotels are now a staple must-do activity in Japan! With over 12.7 million views, it seems like the synched scheduling was successful in geneating conversations about Capsule Hotels.
